Salary: Grade 4, £21,773 - £22,829 per annum. £12.85 - £13.47 per hour

37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks working 40 weeks per year

Required as soon as possible subject to satisfactory references and checks.

 

The Wings’ CE Trust are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Office Co-ordinator to join our friendly and caring Christian school.

The Purpose of the role:

To provide routine administrative support to the Headteacher, senior office staff and managers within the school.  This is a vital role within our school in a busy and varied office environment, you must be self-motivated and able to work to deadlines

 

The successful candidate would:

 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
  • Good knowledge of school MIS systems is desirable
  • Be a team player
  • Fully support the ethos and aims of the school
  • Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations
